Chef Dominique's menu is perfect for you to reproduce back home as a Christmas Eve dinner or a Christmas Day lunch. The menu combines poultry and seafood, seasonal mushrooms and vegetables as well as showing you how to create the stunning Yule log - Bûche de Noël -. recreate this impressive dessert for your own family Christmas table.
The meal is prepared and cooked in Chef Dominique's own kitchen and limiting numbers to 8 allows for a real hands-on practical cooking class. In the company of our Chef, you go to a Parisian outdoor market to choose the fresh products that will be used in that day's recipes. Then, you will work your way through the special menu, learning as you go. No previous cooking skills are necessary, as you will be coached through every step. The class ends when everything has been cooked and the group sits down together to enjoy the fabulous food and wine offered.
