Quite an experience!!! We took it with friends and it was very interesting to taste so many different things in the course of only 4 hours:) Food is heavy enough to fill you up after the first dish and portions were big in size, so not to get lazy and keep on moving around I'd recommend to eat half of the portion - still enough to savor the dish but not to overeat. I didn't like Uzbek cuisine - too oily and spicy for me, but Russian dishes were okay. The guide gave us a lot of interesting facts and even shared few recipes - my wife wrote them down and promised to recreate them back home in Chile.
I truly envy the russians for this soup called salanka and pelmenis (like, meat balls in paste). If i could, i would dive into the bowl and eat my way out. Russian cuisine is officially one of my favouries now! YUMMY!
